We hope you LOVE your order, but in case it just won't work this time, please read below for additional information on returns:

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund
  • Please include your original packing slip and return card.
  • The item must be in new, unaltered and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage).
  • SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG.  Please do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.  
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive a refund based on your original method of payment within 10 days of receipt of return.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. You will need to contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve such issues.
